A 19th Century Light Oak Wardrobe / Linen Press or Housekeeper’s Cupboard.
A beautiful and substantial 19th-century oak wardrobe or linen press, boasting a fantastic colour and classic design. This elegant piece splits in half for ease of transport and installation.
The upper section features a hanging rail on the left and three generous shelves on the right, all topped with a refined stepped cornice, which is also removable. The lower section includes two short drawers over two long drawers, offering ample storage space.
Originally fitted with shelves on the upper left side, this area can be easily reconfigured—making it equally suited for use in a kitchen or as a traditional wardrobe.
In very good condition for its age, with an old repair to the back of the right-hand side. Structurally sound and ready for use.
