MARKED Charles Limbert Wardrobe - FROM THE EARLY 1900s, W8072 This is a very nice antique Charles Limbert Wardrobe from the early 1900s. Excellent condition with great original finish and a great selection of oak. Signed as pictured. The cabinet is with REAL thru tenon construction double on the TO and double thru tenon construction on the TOP and on the BOTTOM as pictured. Over 90% of the ANTS and CRAFTS (Mission furniture) are NOT Period and they are reproduction, made in the last 30-40 yrs in the STYLE of STICKLEY or LIMBERT. On the beginning they were asking low prices but these days the prices are MUCH higher just they the fool the buyer as they buying a REAL Stickley or Limbert from the early 1900s. These reproduction are in the STYLE of Stickley and fare from the quality of STICKLEY and LIMBERT. This cabinet made over 100 yrs ago and looks new due to the thru tenon construction. Also as pictured this cabinet is with original coat, shirt and pant hanger and all in good condition.(also the back is in good condition. Shipping is always expensive.
