About the Item
Elegant 18th-century armoire Bordelaise in solid mahogany. Opening two large doors, decorated with fluting, "gendarme hat" cornice molded with boudins and ogee. Cremone bolt and three-point lock in wrought iron working perfectly with original key. Interior composed of four shelves and 2 drawers. High-quality work, walnut linings, fir shelves. Masterpiece of the interiors of Bordeaux aristocrats in the 18th century. Very good condition - fully revised by our workshop, varnish refreshed and patinated with wax.
