Magnificent and ultra rare Arts Crafts armoire or wardrobe. Design by Jac. van den Bosch for 't Binnenhuis Amsterdam. Striking Dutch design from 1910. Solid American walnut with ebony, palmwood and inlay. Behind the left door you will find four original solid oak shelves adjustable in height and one original American walnut drawer. Behind the right door with the original mirror you will find the hanging section with the original brass bar and the original solid oak pull out shelf. This wonderful Arts Crafts armoire or wardrobe by Jac. van den Bosch for 't Binnenhuis Amsterdam was designed for the World Exhibition in Brussels Belgium in 1910 as part of a complete one of a kind bedroom set! In very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Marked with brand mark and original manufacturers metal tag. The original key with monogram and locks are in good working order. We will ship this outstanding museum piece dismantled in custom made wooden crates for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
