A spacious, 19th century French Louis Philippe style armoire or bibliothèque, handcrafted of mahogany with four-way bookmatched doors that are fascinating from every perspective, both geometric and organic. The clean, straight lines allow this timeless design to fit any number of traditional and transitional decorating tastes. Behind the locking doors with captivating grain patterns are three stationary shelves, 15 ½” deep for storing treasured books, clothing or linens. Graceful bracket feet lift the case from the floor. The dark wood has been cleaned and polished with a French paste wax to bring out the natural color historic patina, ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images.
