About the Item
An antique French solid walnut wardrobe made around 1850. It is rustic in its structure and it is traditional to the furniture produced during the Louis Philippe period which reflected a simplicity in its design compared to previous periods in French history. In the lower section of the wardrobe is a large comfortable size draw with its original wooden knobs on the exterior. The wood has a warm patina running through it allowing its colouration to vary in shades this adds a lot of character to the object.
There are dents, scratches, blemishes and marks throughout the table from wear caused by years of usage. Please view the photos as they form part of the condition report.
