About the Item
What a handsome well-decorated and versatile two door armoire! The bold crown on this piece comprises a three tier ogee molding upon a broad strip of gadroon molding. The two doors each have two flat panels, one large above one small, secured with thick ogee mullions. The right hand door and the two front corners are adorned with turned split balusters and the base contains a faux-paneled hand-cut dovetailed drawer. The doors open a full 180 degrees, making this a useful piece for an entertainment center conversion. As it stands the interior has a retrofitted hat shelf above a hanging pole. This item is hand-waxed to a golden honey finish.
