About the Item
Slezak Catalog number: SK2
This unique Bauhaus wardrobe originates from Czechoslovakia from the 1930s. It is an authentic piece from the renowned Slezákovy závody, model designation SK2. The wardrobe embodies the functionalist design of its era.
The frame is crafted from chrome, which has been professionally cleaned to restore its original mirror-like luster. The exterior of the wardrobe features its original green color from the 1930s, which was very popular at the time. The color has been revived and preserved, highlighting the authenticity of the entire piece. The interior is veneered with light beech veneer, which creates a pleasant contrast.
The wardrobe is designed with an emphasis on practicality and functionality. Its internal space on the left side is equipped with practical shelves, allowing for efficient and organized storage.
This wardrobe is ideal for those who appreciate the combination of history, quality, and the timeless design of the Bauhaus movement. It will be a stylish and practical addition to your interior.
Our professional refurbishing team in Czechia has fully restored it according to the original process.
This item features classic Bauhaus design elements. Elements of this style are neutral colours, and occasional bright primary colours. Bauhaus designers avoided the fussy and pretentious, looking for clean, modern lines instead. Perfect for a timeless, yet modern look.
