About the Item

An elegant and most decorative Italian 18th century Rococo st. Polychrome and Mecca center table. This wonderful oval table is raised on a tripod base with scrolled supports adorned with impressive Mecca Rocaille carvings leading to the white finished Polychrome socle accented with a beaded Mecca band. The central fut showcases a stunning baluster shaped and gadrooned Mecca reserve below the white finished Polychrome apron showcasing an exceptional Mecca Vitruvian scroll at the bottom. The faux painted marble top displays wonderful attention to detail while being surrounded by a beaded Mecca border.
