About the Item

An elegant and large scale Italian 19th century Neo-Classical st. patinated wood, Giltwood and Rosso Verona marble center/dining table. This impressive table is raised on four square and carved scrolled Giltwood feet below the patinated wood base accented with a Giltwood mottled band. Above is the stunning central support with a mottled base before a Giltwood laurel band and the patinated Green socle. At the center is the Urn of Prosperity with a Giltwood carved band of acanthus leaves and handsome swaging laurel garlands amidst a beaded Giltwood trim. Above is the most impressive and thick Rosso Verona marble circular top.
