Tree Trunk Center Hall Table or Small Dining Table Made from Wisconsin Cherrywood. This is what happens when a friend calls you up and asks, "would you like some cherrywood?" Being in the furniture business, you of course say, sure. No idea what to expect, but I was thinking barbeque and not furniture. Well, we patiently waited almost 10-years for the cherrywood trunk to dry before sealing both the top and bottom surfaces and like any antique dealer, of course we had a piece of glass laying around that fit beautifully. I dare say that it's safe to say that our center hall table will hold a heavy center piece without the risk of the base failing.
