About the Item

A primitive NAGA tribal hand-carved wood bed/stool can be used as a bench or coffee table. This rustic piece features a thick slab tops and massive, blocky legs that are squared and slightly tapered (consistent with hand-carved, vernacular furniture) . They were likely used as beds for sleeping, milking, work, or low utility stools. The species is mango wood and the finish is newly black lacquered.
