About the Item

Fantastic shaped Brutalist coffee table by Idir Mecibah, 1958-2013, produced by Smederij Moerman, 1998. This table is from the scrab series designed in the end of the 1980s and produced till the end of the 1990s. The table is made of solid steel with gold leaf square in the middle. Forged steel legs welded to the top. Idir Mecibah died at the age of 55, in Antwerp Belgium. This designer was just started and also signed a contract with the Belgian top furniture brand Durlet. Most of his furniture is not being produced anymore and therefore will be collectibles. More pictures and with a higher resolution are available on request, please ask us?
