About the Item
Attributed to designer Charles Pfister, this 1980s High Style Art Deco inspired round glass top coffee table in exotic flame wood veneer with stepped down designed legs, capped off with brass sabots. Unmarked, possibly custom, in the style of Pfister's Deco Skyscaper inspired 1980s Primavera line for Baker. Lower shelf, veneer is pie shaped.
Charles Pfister was an American architect and interior designer who worked for the firm Skidmore, Owings
Merrill for 15 years before establishing Charles Pfister Associates in San Francisco in 1981.
