Custom contemporary organic modernism Brutalist style steel coffee table

Designed and crafted in downtown Los Angeles by Dieppa Design. Built from solid 1” thick steel rods and a unique heavily veined marble slab. A Unique viewing experiences from every angle. Marble top: 34.5” Height: 18 3/4” Base undulates from 34.5” wide to 43” wide This piece is a conversation of two materials. The curves of the steel are a response to the circumference of the circle of marble. The steel simultaneously mirroring and rejecting the marble’s form—steel jutting towards and away from the marble. At moments surrounding and supporting and other moments pushing against and away from the marble’s surface.
