An elegant French Art Deco cocktail table in silver leaf over wood with mirrored top.
Combining both form and decoration, the artist succeeded in creating a Classical based, Egyptian revival, streamline table featuring tapering splay legs in the style of the Armand Rateau. This unique table could be used in a living room space, in a dressing room like Jeanne Lanvin's, or as a side table, end table, tray table.
There are a few minor imperfections (ie: light scratch, seam line, tiny dent) in the silver leaf as shown in photos.
