Ipomea Table by Piero Legrottaglie for Rimadesio, Italy, 1960s
Designed in the 1960s by Piero Legrottaglie for Rimadesio, the "Ipomea" table is a striking example of Italian design innovation. Featuring an elegant oval thick glass top, it is supported by a transparent Plexiglas cylinder resting on a sleek chromed steel base.
One of its most distinctive features is the integrated lighting system, composed of three spotlights that illuminate the Plexiglas structure, creating a sophisticated and atmospheric effect. The electrical system has been fully overhauled to ensure perfect functionality.
The table measures 120 x 80 x 34 cm (LxWxH) and is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of aging that enhance its vintage character. A rare and collectible piece, ideal for mid-century modern and contemporary interiors.
