The Miter Coffee Table II is 54” long, 32“ deep, and 16” high. The default top is rift-sawn white oak and the bases are solid white oak. Materials, finishes, and sizes may be optioned out at additional cost.
The MITER Collection – a sustainable transformation from recycled wood beams to refined functional sculptures. After processing, each piece emerges as a faceted polyhedral block. The symmetry and balance of the blocks are intersected by the deep natural checking of the original timbers.

Michael Javidi is a multidisciplinary craftsman whose training at the North Bennett Street School’s furniture making program prepared him for a career of wooden boat building. Drawing from his experience as a shipwright and furniture maker, Michael launched Michael Javidi Design in 2019. His work draws from his multitude of experiences, focusing on building intuitively. Organic in form, the pieces strive to balance beauty and comfort, function and form.
