This highly spirited, Mid-Century Modern coffee table presents a joyful, unconventional take on a classic architectural design, reminiscent of the iconic "Alanda" table by Italian designer Paolo Piva. The eye-catching piece features a low, square profile defined by a vibrant, newly painted psychedelic orange metal wire base. This unique geodetic frame, composed of a series of upturned pyramids, serves as a sculptural pedestal, providing both support and a commanding visual presence that echoes Piva's signature architectural approach.
The coffee table is crowned with a substantial, new square glass top, measuring a sturdy 3/8" thick, which allows the playful and distinctive geometric structure to be fully appreciated from above.
