About the Item

An industrial dolly and grain scale coffee table patented in 1911 and manufactured by Renfrew Scale Co. of Ontario, Canada as stamped on the tabletop. The handles and beveled edge tabletop are made of oak. The weighing scale measure is brass and the dolly, wheels and supports are cast iron as is the weighing tray. Sides are decorated with a red scrolled motif.
