This unique low coffee table in a Japanese style originates from France and dates back to the late 19th century. Its design reflects the fascination with Oriental aesthetics that was highly popular in Europe at the time (known as Japonism).
The table is crafted from solid cherry wood, which lends it a beautiful, deep color and a refined appearance. It has undergone a meticulous restoration, during which the original polish has been revived, highlighting its authenticity and the natural beauty of the wood.
Thanks to its full functionality and low structure, it is ideal for creating a cozy and stylish seating arrangement in a living room or for complementing a space with a historical or Oriental touch.
It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process.
