About the Item
A rare and sculptural piece of Finnish modernist design, the ‘Saturnus’ coffee table was designed by celebrated architect and designer Yrjö Kukkapuro for Haimi in the 1970s. Known for his forward-thinking approach and ergonomic design philosophy, Kukkapuro brings a distinctively space-age elegance to this exceptional work.
The table features a generously sized black Formica top, paired with a bold cylindrical fiberglass base. Its minimalist yet commanding silhouette evokes a sense of futuristic sophistication while remaining timelessly modern.
