A sculptural Italian marble coffee table from the 1970s, characterized by a bold architectural base and clean modernist lines. The base is composed of two zigzag, leaning marble elements that interlock visually to create a dynamic sense of movement and structural tension, emblematic of the experimental design language of the period.
The rectangular glass top, executed in 12 mm thick glass, rests elegantly above the marble base, allowing the sculptural form beneath to remain fully visible while adding visual lightness and balance to the composition. The contrast between the solid marble and transparent glass underscores the table’s refined yet expressive character.
