Our latest collection, Hilo, is a family of pieces that communicate with each other. Composed of a Sofa, armchair, coffee table and cabinet. Hilo intends to show the unity of two or more elements together. The line work explores the interdependency of various elements. A balance of Intermission and continuity. Aiming to create tension between shapes and materials, using a void space to freely let the mind connect the pieces.

Estudio Persona
Emiliana Gonzalez and Jessie Young are the duo that form Estudio Persona. Their collaborative process and Uruguayan roots bring a refreshing juxtaposition to their furniture and object design. The colorful and vibrant Hispanic cliché is turned on its head in favor of brutalist design evoking stark natural forms and sculptural lines. The absence of color - based on the melancholy of their native Uruguay - informs a distinctly neutral and minimal aesthetic language. Based out of their studio and showroom in Los Angeles, the two women work with natural materials in uniquely contrasting ways: leather meets bent wood forms, while steel and glass are manipulated to evoke softness. Estudio Persona is representative of a new, female, ever-evolving Hispanic minimalism, bringing enduring forms to life.
