About the Item
Late 19th century console in hand-carved solid walnut with two drawers in original natural color.
Umbertine style, with intermediate shelf.
The carvings are all done manually.
In ancient times it had a mirror resting on the top.
The handles to open the drawers are very special.
The inside of the drawers is in solid fir. In one anciently they poured red ink.
The piece of furniture comes from a large villa in Pisa.

The console has been restored and the is finished with shellac.
Given the weight and size, it will be delivered in a specific wooden case for export, packed in bubble wrap.
