About the Item
A finely handcrafted French Louis XVI style demi-lune console by La Maison London, known for their traditional craftsmanship and refined detailing.
This elegant piece features fluted legs with acanthus leaves and classic rosace medallions. The apron is adorned with laurel leaf swags, joined by stylised ribbon motifs. The stretcher is anchored by a distinctive neoclassical fluted urn with a flame finial.
The finish is a hand-applied, textured, natural gesso white, aged for warmth to enhance the depth of the carving. The console has been topped with a generously deep 30mm Bianco Eclipsia marble, cut to follow the graceful demi-lune form.
