About the Item
The Eros console, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Skipper, is a stunning testament to the designers sculptural aesthetic and architectural design principals. Highlighted by the unique “gravity joint” where a heavy Carrara marble tabletop is secured effortlessly atop conical legs via a corresponding recess. Relying purely on weight of material, friction, and the interplay between solid and void to maintain the stability of the design.
This rare model is the largest of the series at 86” wide, 19” deep , and 29” high and is in very good condition.
