About the Item

This 19th Century Walnut Console Table was handcrafted in Italy in the late 1800's. The piece features a 1.5 inch single plank top resting above three hand carved drawers. Each drawer, two larger and one smaller in the middle, is uniquely dovetailed and finished with wooden pulls. The apron is scalloped on the front and back and hand carved on all sides to include the ends. Resting on four turned legs that have been joined by stretchers the table is strong and sturdy. This Late 19th Century Italian Walnut Three Drawer Console Table with its warm aged patina and hand carved detail could easily be floated and used as a kitchen island as well as its intended purpose. 74"W x 25.25"D x 34.25"H
