About the Item
An elegant pair of Country French 19th century Louis XVI st. patinated and faux marble freestanding D shaped three legged consoles. Each console is raised by circular fluted tapered legs ending with acanthus leaves and topped by a top band of an intertwined ribbon design. The frieze with a circular design is flanked by rectangular panels with carved rosettes placed above each leg. The top has a very decorative faux marble finish.
