About the Item
A stunning and very elegant early 19th century pair of Italian consoles in flamed crouch mahogany. Each is raised by pawed carved legs. Above are 'S' scrolled supports with richly carved ram heads joined by a curved stretcher. At the apron is a wide drawer with all original locks and a reeded design on all three sides. Above lays the original rectangular White Carrara marble top.
