About the Item
Very pretty side table designed by Kristian Vedel in 1962 as part of the Modus range of furniture.
Solid Brazilian Rosewood construction with a stainless steel surface. A wonderful poise and elegance to this design. It would make the perfect lamp table in a lounge or hallway. You could just about get away with using it as the smallest writing table.
This is a very rare item. I have never seen an example before and I could not find any previously sold examples on the internet.
Offered in very good condition. There are some marks to the steel surface in keeping with age but nothing that detracts.
