About the Item

Monumental architectural console table from the Qing period, c. 1840. The table is believed to be unique. Original Burgundy lacquer with a beautiful natural patina. The table is in three parts which allows you to place the tabletop as preferred on the base. (see pic.) The table top is made of a piece of wood, 8 cm thick. There is a drawer in each of the two bases. The table is made in top quality with fine details. Jiangsu Province, c. 1840.
