About the Item

French writing desk from the mid-20th century. Beautifully proportioned and beautifully crafted furniture is crafted from carved, lacquered, and hand-painted wood with floral decorations. Desk finished for the center features a generously sized front drawer and a generously sized wooden top, also suitable for professional use. This elegant writing desk rests on four sturdy, curved legs. The feet are decorated with bronze (see photo). This desk is ideal for a bedroom, living room, or study, and is ideal for antique dealers and interior decorators. In good condition.
