An exceptional original French Art Deco desk from the 1930s, featuring a striking asymmetrical design and finished in lustrous black piano lacquer. This piece perfectly captures the essence of Art Deco elegance – strict geometry softened by architectural balance and refined materials.
The composition is divided into two distinct sections: on the left, a low cabinet with interior shelving; on the right, a wide central drawer with a chromed key. A brushed chrome footrest bar adds subtle contrast to the deep black lacquer. The interior is finished in warm-toned natural wood and remains in excellent condition.
