I find the design of the wood particularly striking - the characterful amboina wood contrasts wonderfully with the black lacquered detail - the chrome-plated round bar offers the option of placing the feet on it - the furniture can be moved freely and is suitable both as a small dressing table in the bedroom and as a small desk in the entrance or living room.
The avant-garde of Art Deco captivates and fascinates with its exotic woods and modernist architecture - the style was created between two world wars and only a small number of people could afford such furniture at that time.
