This is a circular mid-century modern table (unattributed) in the Danish style. It is beautiful in form, finish and function. The writing table has been refinished. It has a molded rail fitted with a drawer with two pulls that are original. The table rests on four down-curved legs ending in brass cuffs. It is constructed of cherrywood and is from the 1950s. The restored condition is excellent. The table is otherwise reflective of a vintage piece that presents extremely well for its age. There are no chips, scratches or dings in the wood finish. The table is sturdy and quite solid. We have the perfect complement for this in a Heywood Wakefield chair...
