About the Item

An elegant Louis XV style French mahogany and tulipwood writing table desk with brass mounts. Beautifully made with high quality craftsmanship and excellent brass castings. An ideal useful size and finished on the back side so this could easily float in a room. Original finish with expected minor indications of use and age. In very good antique condition, sturdy and sound. *The kneehole area measures 21.5 inches high.
