About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this charming 19th century carved walnut writing table with leather inset top. This table has beautiful carvings all around, making it very elegant and eye catching for any room. The spiral fluted legs and coupled uprights end are connected with geometric pierced double stretchers. The table is solid and in very good condition, apart from a small mark on top (picture attached). Please don't hesitate to contact me if you may need more information. Please have a closer look at the pictures because they form part of the description. Antique and vintage/used items will show signs of wear which form part of their character. All our items are cleaned thoroughly, then a coat of wax is applied to revive the leather/wood and finally hand polished.
