Writing table desk in the Louis XVI style made of Mahogany. The desk has been ebonized and finished in a lustrous Museum quality French polish and boasts an embossed leather top. Featuring three dovetailed drawers with brass handles, original hardware, and tapered legs with hand carved fluting. Original working lock and key. The piece is in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
