Mid-Century Danish Freestanding Oak Desk attributed to Henning Kjærnulf, 1960s. Stylish and elegant writing desk in solid and veneered Nordic white oak attributed to Danish architect Henning Kjærnulf. Scandinavian Mid-century modern design with baroque and brutalist details. Freestanding desk with six drawers in the front and open book shelf at the back. Drawers with elongated rhombus shaped drawer pulls. Top drawers with locks, key included. Beautiful natural warm oak tone with visible grain. This is a very beautiful timeless piece in very good condition. Excellent craftsmanship and build quality. Made to last for generations. Knee space: Width 48.5 cm, height 70 cm. Very good original condition with only light patina consistent with age and use. Few small nicks and scratches. Cleaned and polished, ready for use.
