About the Item

Chic mid century desk designed by Eero Saarinen for the John Stuart Furniture Company, circa 1950's. This stylish desk features a rectangular top, with a drop side leaf, which can be raised to create a larger surface. The desk has a bank of three serpentine front drawers, each with a sculptural cast aluminum pull. This example is structurally sound and sturdy, all parts are fully functional, the finish shows cosmetic wear, flaws and imperfections. Top W fully extended 60.5" x W with drop leaf not extended 42.5" D 24" x H 29" Kneehole W 22.5" x H 25.25"
