A fine period English writing table or desk of mahogany from the Regency Era, circa 1825, featuring an inset rectangular embossed leather top with a reeded edge around the circumference, over a frieze of two beaded drawers with flame-cut mahogany veneers and paneled ends, each drawer with two knob pulls, and set upon four turned, reeded legs and rolling cap-end brass casters. Dimensions are H 31 in x W 42.38 in x D 22.5 in
