About the Item
In this listing you will find a spectacular Bauhaus writing desk B327 designed by André Lurcat for Thonet. The desk features a cantilevered tubular steel frame and a wooden top with a distinct quarter-veneered pattern. It includes a three-drawer cabinet that appears to float, supported by the steel frame. The design is a classic example of the Bauhaus style, known for its minimalist form and functional design. These desks were manufactured in the 1930s, primarily in Czechoslovakia.
Desk has been fully refurbished at our workshop.
