The Secretary: Designed by American industrial and furniture designer Jonathan Nesci, and is made of powder-coated aluminum, steel, and leather.

This is a beautifully built, minimal modern, secretary/bookcase that has substantial height, color, and interchangeable use. Because of its metal construction (which allows for a thinner frame than that of say wood), there is an added slenderness that gives this piece a vertical elegance which makes it suited to be used in even a somewhat traditionally designed interior.
2010. Edition of 8 + 2AP. Variations and powder colors are available upon request but will be made within the edition number.

Jonathan Nesci
Jonathan is a furniture and exhibition designer based in Columbus who works with a variety of producers in the Midwest that use conventional and digital fabrication processes to execute his designs in a myriad of materials and finishes. In 2009, "Wallpaper" honored Jonathan with a Design Award for Best Use Of Material for his “Library Bookcase,” a wall-mounted shelf in polished aluminum that was recently added to the permanent collection of the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
Colors, materials and finish variables are available upon request. Each custom variation will be counted towards the edition number of 8.
