About the Item
A stylish and beautifully designed vintage Swedish walnut desk by Bertil Fridhagen. This was recently imported from Sweden, it was made by Bodafors and dates from the 1960’s.
This is of superb quality and is a lovely size. The drawers and legs are made from a lighter wood, which contrasts nicely with the walnut top. The drawers have beautiful semi elliptical recessed handles, this come with a locking key. The back is also nicely finished, so this can be used as a free standing item.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent. There are just one or two minor signs of historical wear here and there beneath the polish.
