About the Item
A rustic and Brutalist dining set, made in Catalonia, Spain, and purchased there in 1960. It features four brutalist style dining chairs and a pair of freeform pull up stools for added seating around a 51” round dining table, all carved from Spanish oak. By family lore of the original owners, the table was fashioned from the wheel of a cannon used in the 1930s Spanish Civil War and it still retains its heavy, forged iron rim.
Table measures 51" diameter, 30.5" high.
Chairs measure 15.5" wide, 31" high, 19.25" deep, seat height 18".
Stools measure 15" wide at seat, 12" deep at seat, 19" seat height. Including splayed legs, these are 17.5" x 17.5" x 19" high.
