About the Item

Elegant M1T70 dining table designed by Angelo Mangiarotti and produced by Skipper, Italy, 1970s. Crafted entirely from solid Carrara marble, the table shows a beautiful natural grain that gives depth and movement to its surface. The sculptural design is defined by a single joint leg which connects the top to the base and creates a firm construction. Where the design might look minimalistic, it is well thought through and combines multiple design elements from Mangiarotti’s previous projects. Its minimal form reflects Mangiarotti’s architectural thinking: a balance of weight, proportion, and precision. A striking example of Italian modern design, the M1T70 embodies Mangiarotti’s philosophy of letting the material and geometry speak for themselves. A true Italian design classic that brings quiet strength and timeless elegance to any interior. Dimensions: H72 cm Diameter: 130 cm Period: 1970s Condition: Very good and original
