About the Item

Late 19th century Spanish Renaissance Revival walnut trestle table, sourced in Provence, France. The rectangular top is crafted from solid walnut with a rich warm finish, its surface showing naturally aged character, softened edges, and traces of long use. The base features lyre-form legs joined by shaped stretchers with scrolling cut-outs, anchored by a pegged tenon joint at the center. This traditional construction and the architectural silhouette are hallmarks of Spanish craftsmanship, balancing strength with decorative detail. The table works equally well as a dining or library table.
