The large timbers are conjoined with numerous butterfly joints visible from the top. The boards have a rustic, old world hand-hewn finish in a primitive aesthetic. The top is supported by a pair of monumental baluster formed turned legs ending with 10 inch wide cross shoe feet. The table is very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship.
