About the Item
Dining table by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti Italia, 1970s.
This iconic piece features a large, clean-lined top and two sculptural bases in reconstituted stone — heavy and monumental, a signature of Offredi’s work. The tabletop is mounted on the bases via a central stretcher, allowing the pedestals to be positioned freely along the length for a customized look and optimal seating comfort.
This clever construction, combined with the substantial weight of the pedestals, ensures excellent stability and gives the piece a strong architectural presence. Its generous proportions comfortably seat ten to twelve guests and make it equally perfect as a conference or executive table in a refined office setting.
The table is delivered in three parts — two pedestals and the top — for easy transport and installation.
